With great pride and pleasure, I welcome you to our website of AMC Dental College and Hospital.  AMC Dental College is run under the umbrella of AMCMET (Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation Medical Education Trust.

It is spread over a beautifully landscaped green campus of 6 acres of land, hosting a dental school along with a hospital, girls and boy’s hostel, as well as staff quarters. Since its inception in 2009, it has been educating and inspiring oral healthcare professionals to combine clinical excellence with compassion. It is strategically located in the heart of the World Heritage City of Ahmedabad. Very well connected with all modes of intercity transportation like state transportation buses, railways as well as intra-city BRTS, AMTS and private taxis and auto-rickshaw, making it convenient for patients as well as students.

AMC Dental College In addition to BDS course also offers postgraduate program in big five clinical branches namely:- Oral & Maxillo-Facial Surgery, Prosthodontics and Crown & Bridge, Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics, Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics and Periodontology.

At AMC Dental college, students are encouraged to adopt the love of learning and the spirit of inquisitiveness, modeled and guided by the faculty, as well as planning various extracurricular academic and research activities. Considering the benefits of exploding technological advances in treatment, institute has the advanced equipments in all fields of dentistry like a state of art -NewTom CBCT, Carl Zeiss Microscope, Piezo-surgical equipment, Dolphin 3D software to name a few to embrace the Digital Dental world. It gives an opportunity to students to achieve functional familiarity with the most recent tools in the field. Students are also trained for the research based academic as well as clinical oral healthcare by undertaking different research projects following all research protocols monitored by the registered Institutional Ethics Committee. Footfall of around 500-600 patients daily, gives ample opportunity and exposure to the students about wide variety of oral diseases.
