Student must have minimum 75% attendance in each term to be eligible to appear for University exam.
2) DISCIPLINE:
Student must maintain discipline & decorum in the institute. Student must be polite & respectful with staff, patients, fellow colleagues & junior colleagues.
Proper formal dress code with apron and Identity card must be followed by student while attending lectures, practical classes and clinical postings.
Ragging is strictly prohibited in all forms. Severe disciplinary action will be taken in case any student is found to indulge in any such activity.
3) INTERNAL EVALUATION:
Student must appear in internal examination and preliminary examination for theory and practical. Examination pattern is based on University examination guidelines. Marks obtained from each test/exam will contribute to total internal examination marks for theory and practical. Final internal marks out of 10 will be sent to University before examination. Students whose internal marks do not meet the university criteria will not be allowed to appear in University examination. Internal assessment score weighs 10 marks for theory and practical separately in university examination.
4) PAYMENT OF FEES AND DUES:
Student must pay tuition fees, Hostel fees and clear all other dues in given time frame; before filling university examination form.
5) EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:
AMC Dental College & Hospital encourages students to organize and participate in various types of extracurricular activities throughout the year. However, lack of attendance because of same will not be tolerated.
