- Department of Prosthodontics @ Amc dental college and hospital is one of the departments in the field of dentistry extensively treating young adults to geriatric and comprising of highly skilled doctors. Keeping abreast with current trends and advances, the department has clinical and Laboratory facilities like Induction casting machine, Ceramic furnaces, Stereomicroscope, Implant physiodispensor (NSK), composite curing unit (Lumamet), light cure units, , Semi-adjustable articulators and facebows (Kavo, Bioart , Hanau Wide-Vue).
- It also houses SPS clinic dedicated to treating patients related to Temporomandibular disorders and Implant surgery with in-house digital RVG to facilitate enhanced speed and quality of treatment. Special priority is given to geriatric patients with special needs.
- Institution has arranged special tie-ups with GCRI (Gujarat Cancer Research Institute) for training of post graduate students to treat multiple maxillo-facial cases in collaboration with various other disciplines.
